How do you design a kit that celebrates 125 years of Ajax in a way that feels instantly iconic? Together with Ajax and Adidas, we created a film that highlights the power of simplicity – by letting it clash head-on with the world of extravagant fashion design.
Iconic design doesn’t shout – it speaks with quiet confidence. By placing Ajax’s timeless legacy next to the loud world of fashion, we highlighted the power of simplicity.
The film plays on that contrast with dry humour. As designers go over the top, club legend Frank de Boer silences the room with just one image. No words – just heritage.
A culture clash that feels fresh, but is pure Ajax at heart.
